Hi Marina, you can go to the app "Product History" then search for the SFC where you have logged the Nonconformance (in your screenshot it would be "0301115") and check either in the activity log at the operation activity or go to the Nonconformance tab to see also the logged Nonconformance.
I hope this helped you to understand where this status is updated. Please specify what you mean with "what happens with the order".

Hello Marina,
You can add also the standard POD plugin "NC data tree" to the POD. There you will find all logged NCs for this SFC in hierarchical order (e.g. if you have logged a secondary NC code to a primary NC code). After you have logged an NC code, a new entry is also displayed in this plugin.
This plugin is used to visualize NCs directly in the POD, in addition to viewing the product history report.
