DMC Integration Message Dashboard Not Working

Dear SAP,

Today, DMC integration message dashboard is not working, all messages is waiting in queue status as follows.

Before it was working. Could you please help how can I solve this issue?

Hi colleagues,

If you encounter problems with the solution, you should open a ticket with relevant system information, e.g. which data center you are on. Only then SAP support can respond appropriately.

In the community we should rather discuss consulting questions like how to customize to achieve certain business scenarios.

were you able to find the solution for the status "Queued".

Im recently finding the same issue for non conformance - defects recording.
