Display only access for DIR having authorization group

Hello,

I am looking for a way to provide display only access for DIR having authorization group. User should be able to create / modify DIR without authorization group, but not DIR with authorization group. I am working in ECC.

I know we can use combination of C_DRAW_BGR and C_DRAW_TCD or C_DRAW_TCS, however if any other role provides access to tcodes (CV01N, CV02N), users gets access to create / modify DIR with authorization group as well. 

We don't have possibility to provide tcode in the authorization object C_DRAW_BGR. 

Is it possible ?
