Display Customer and Customer Order in SAP ME

Hello,

I tried to Display the Customer Order and Customer by adding the "customerOrderRef" and "customerRef" in the ERF Field maintenance.I just checked the help file and both fields are not visible:

After adding this I expect to see both fields in e.g. Shop Order Release Transaction

Did someone know what is wrong or do I Need to enhance the XSLT?
