Display a picture of the equipment in IE02/IE03

Hello,

We need in the equipment master IE01, IE02 and IE03 to display a picture of the equipment. The picture should be displayed directly in a section of the screen without user intervention (no mouse clicks or other commands). For this purpose a document was created with CV01N and pictures where uploaded in it. The document was linked to the equipment. The first picture from the attached ones should be displayed.

We tried to make the settings like in the note 1821916 but the result is disappointing. The picture is displayed just in transaction CV02N or CV03N and is a very small thumbnail. No picture is displayed in IE02 or IE03.

Does any of you have an idea how to achieve what we need? Did somebody programed something similar?
