Difference between SAP EHSM 6.0 Environment Management and the SAP Environment Compliance

We have Environment Management sub component in SAP EHSM Component Extension 6.0.Also,we have Environment Compliance separately.What are the differences between EHSM Environment Management and the Environment Compliance ?
