Hello

I am sorry, You need may be first to have a good understanding regarding the EHS DG process, the checks as possible in SAP SD process and how the integration is runing to the EHS DG process to "print" of data on documents.

We have to seperate three different topics

1.) Dangerous Goods Master Data

2.) Dangerous Goods Checks in the SAP SD Sales process

3.) Print of Dangerous goods data on documents

I am focusing here in the "print" part. 1.) and 2.) is well explained in SAP Online help.

YOU HAVE TO SEPERATE R/3 and S/4 solution (Product Compliance solution). Let us focus on what is called in most cases "EHS Classic" (EHS-DG module of SAP solution).

By default: anything (regarding print) must be arranged by you; there is nothing in SAP standard (only as an "example" and in practical use: this is really only an example. Most companies us a different solution (what to print etc.)

A print is only possible if you know what to print; and therefore you need to understand the "basics" of SAP Sales process integration to the DG process (in your case) (for delivery process: it is "nearly" the same but...)

As a reference to a "similar" discussion:

Please check:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/13422084/ehs-sales-report-dg-report.html; https://answers.sap.com/questions/13412716/ehs-adr-report.html

In a nutshell: based on data as part of the SAP Sales process the SAP process (if proper set up is done) tries to determine: which "DG Regulation" is of interest. E.g. this could be e.g. "ADR". Then you can select the data in the so called DG Master and print it (normally via SAPScript etc.). This is possible for any language as supported in EHS. BUT you must understand two main cases.

The material in scope is of type "DG" or not. For both cases you should print data on your document; Especially ADR regulation is quite complex (but you should print the data on the document !).

May be read first the SAP docu:

https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ERP/47b7039ad8c44808aafbedb12029db94/9227bf53d25ab64ce10000000a174cb4....

as a starting point. The "EHS DG" topic (and the print of data) can be complex (examples like) (e.g. https://answers.sap.com/questions/10039844/kits-containing-items-which-are-regulated-by-dg.html

With best wishes

Hello Tam,

You check the smart form either the particular fileds are available to print the information in the form like UN number and propershipping name and packaging group information.

If the material marked as DG then the SD structure for DG will pull the information into the form.

Best

From sale order header, go to Shipping tab and check whether you are able to see the DG profile and the check box 'Contains DG'
