I would like to know how r these DG points calculated in table LIPSDG for a Delivery document.

On what basis they r populatedin LIPSDG

I meant field "RANDNUMMER" which stores DG points for a delivery.

according to my knowledge: check e.g.:

The legal topic is called in german "randnummer" in english "mariginal". Maintainace can be done in EH&S PS but could be in theory directly maintained in EH&S DG
