DG goods block in Sales Order for mode-Air

Hi...

I am new in EHSM and seeking config. steps for my below requirement.

For DG, sales order should not be created if mode of transport AIR selected.

Ready document or details steps appreciated. Please help

Dear Sumit

Let me know  DG Classification data is maintained or not in the DG Master for the material which you want to block in Air Mode transport . Use T.Code DGP2 for checking this

If Maintained ...select Classification IATA (Probably for Air) and click on Classification in which you have put he check mark for the filed 'Transport Not permitted"

If DG Classification is not maintained in the DG Master ..Refer below configuration guide for DG Configuration in your system.. Basically there are 3 key steps in DG Process

1) DG Classification

2) Fill the DG Classification data in DG master

3) Define the DG Schema & Checks and Assign the same to different order type

the SAP SD SAP EHS DG integration story is quite long; On high level: by using customizing and the DG checks you can make sure that e.g. the sales order is not saved if DG check is negative: in most cases the set up is not done like that; PLease check customizing of DG check and SAP help;
