Is it possible to delete a class characteristics value without deleting the values from the batches which where already created.
Requirement is to delete a char. value in CT04 which is no longer required going forward but without hampering the batches which was already created with the same class having this value.
Is there any way we can do this as standard SAP functionality will not allow to delete a charc.value if it exist in any batches. error "Inconsistent characteristic value assignment"
