Define Qualification Catalog (cProjects)

In the transaction OOQA, when I create a qualification group and fill in required fields and try saving, I get a message "An error occured in saving". Is there some note which I can try?

On the whole, I intend defining the task/resource qualification catalog. How do I do this?

Hi,

Try again with the following:

Run Transaction OOQA

Create new Qualification Group.

Give name of Qualification group and scale.

Do not write anything in the text editor.

Click on Save button and then on OK button.

Now to create qualification, select the qualification group that you created in the above step and then click on create, select qualification and click on OK.

Give qualification name. Click on Save button and then on OK button.

You helped me yet again!!

I am able to create the qualification catalog using the details you suggested.

I am now looking to specify the qualifications for a Business Partner (created under the Employee role). I get to the s000 transaction, and 'Collaboration Projects > Qualifications > Change Qualification Profile' I get the BP whose qualification I need to specify. What next? I am not too sure of what to proceed with. I have SAP All access. However, when I select this BP, in the right pane of the page, I see a 'Qualification' tab below which I see 'No authorization for the sub profile'. Any idea???

Hi,

Double click on the message "No authorization for the sub profile". You should be navigated to a screen "Display and mainatain infotypes".

Run Transaction SU53 and get the authorization for the required object.

For this, you may send a screen shot of the SU53 transaction to your basis person.

hi, i am also having the same issue. in both DEV and QAS we are able to create Qualification Group in the Qualification Catalog screen (TCode OOQA). However in PROD, when we try to save the qualification group, we get the error message: "An error occurred when saving" and the result is we could not create any objects in the qualification catalog.

i tried doing the instructions of reema but it still does not work for us.

any other solutions for this? thanks.
