My client is requested that can defects identified been enabled with Open or Closure tick mark as due to less man power not be able to open notification ===> Items ===> Select defects ===> Select task ===> Close the Task will be time consuming instead a "Tick" mark that can show the defect is "open if not ticked" and "closed if ticked".
Any where can this be enabled in existing QM defect+notification set up can be done?
