Defect location not shown in QM notification / QA32

Hi Experts

Recently configured some defect location under "E" in QS41 and checked the catalog profile also but the defined new defect locations are not shown in Notification screen.

Profile is having the defect location "E" defined.

Kindle share your insights on the same.

Issue closed.

Issue due to inconsistency observed for Defect Location config. in QS41.
