Default value based on formula in custom field of cProjects

This is the requirement I have

Create a new field under Project Definition. This field, which will show a numeric value, should always be in display mode. This value is a result of a calculation. The calculation will depend on the values in the fields "Task completion %", "Planned hours for the task" and the "Status of the Phase". The said calculation will have to be written using ABAP code, I suppose.

I know how to create a new field under Project Definition and make it in display mode.

I would like to know the following --- <b>Where do we write the ABAP coding</b> ?

We are using cProjects 3.1
