Dear All,
I am having a requirement to approve the decision point status by different users in the PPM Item.
e.g. DP are PreProject Def->PreFeasiblity->Operation Studies
each of these DP has individual status as Initiated->Ongoing->Compelted/Cancel
For each of these states, there are different users who be setting this item status.
Let me know how we can achieve this approval within DP by different users.

You need a DP status that says Approved so the DP can be completed and move to the next Phase. You should also create one that says Partially Approved or something like that. Then use a workflow to gather the approvals for the different users and who gets to do the final approval.

Dear Ken,
Thank you for your reply.
I have set Initiated as an initial status and Completed as the final status in each decision of point. So, once decisio point status set as "Completed" it will move to next level.
Now, I want to achieve this by std user role without using workflow. Do we have any std authorization object with which I can create a PFCG role and assign to user, so he can change only that specific user status in DP. Something like we have PS-User status authrization object.
Let me know if you any other thoughts to achive this.
Thank you in advance for your valuable inputs.
Regards
Atul Rajmane
