Decision Point :Actual /plan start finish grayed out

Hi,

In xRPM, Decision point: everything is in non editable mode. plan start/finish,actual start finish. even notes and authorisation is grayed out.

I have done config in SAP field configuration make everything enable with admin.

Also done item filed override with EPO as object type.

Please suggest the solution.

I addition to above check one more config setting;

Global Field Settings -> Define Custom Field Configuration -> UI config.

Hello Nitin,

Please check two things,

1) if you have proper authoriation on decision point

2) in Portfolio Dependent settings if decision point fields are set as editable.
