date or time error that prevents safety observations or incidents

There is a date or time error that prevents safety observations or incidents from being entered into the system.  When I attempt to enter information with a date and time that is a few hours before the current time, the system states the entry is invalid.  I am prevented from sending my submissions and must wait a day or two to enter them.  IT attempted to help, but could not fix it.

Sri,

Check your system timezone vs the timezone you are entering data for.  You may find that this is the issue.
