i tried to create a dataset by using Dataset in metric services. but when i click add button it shows unable to add, server is disabled. i tried it with localhost and my system name. both are not working. what is the problem?
ActivePortal is a connection to a database which you need to run the Metrics.
From the Main Menu in xMII, go to Data Servers. If you uncheck the check box to "Show Only Enabled Servers" and scroll all the way to the top, you'll see 4 or 5 ActivePortal... data servers.
The help docs are actually pretty good at explaining how to set up ActivePortal.
