Data transfer from S/4 HANACLOUD system to SAP-ME system(On-prem)

Hi experts,

we are trying to send production data (master data, production order...) from S/4 HANA CLOUD system to SAP-ME(On-prem) system but we are not aware about the configuration steps to be done for this activity.

we have followed the document "Setting Up Production Operations with SAP Manufacturing Execution (2JN)" where it is asked to follow the Idoc setup for data transfer - details of idocs in screenshot s4-idocs.png.

could you please guide here - how to setup idocs in S/4CLOUD ?

or is there any other way to send data from S/4 CLOUD to SAP-ME(On-prem) system ?

There is a pretty good help document for this process. You appear to have seen it, but are only listing step 10 in your screenshot. Perhaps you can put the link in for that resource and indicate where you are having difficulty.

Multiple steps are required in ERP(S/4HANA), NW, and ME/MII to utilize the IDoc Listener (Message Listener) functionality. One should also set up change pointers on the S/4HANA side if one is to maintain current documents in ME automatically from S/4HANA such as Production Orders and Material Masters.

Hi,

I am actually working on the same topic with one difference, that both systems are on prem (S4 hana and SAP ME). I am using LOB 2JN and also in 1Y5 you can find what to do in ERP. I will let you know when I am done.
