Data Migration material master data in japanese test environment error

we want migration the material master data to public cloud , but we found almost same data , when we use the english format the migration will be success , but when we use the japanese format the migration will be failed .

--- Steps to Reproduce ---

1 login  (Migration Projects ) 移行コックピット  and change the setting inb japanese .

2 create and select Migrate Data Using Staging Tables.

3 enter the project name : xxxx-test .

4 click step 2 , and enter the key word product , if use the japanese , pls use the key word as '製品'。 and select product .

5 and move product to Selected Migration Objects and click review .

6 select do not add .and create project .

7 back to the the Migration Projects  first page , log in the project : xxxx-test .

8 download the format as XML file .

9 the in put the data on the japanese format and english format.

10 the upload the format .

11 at this time we found at english environment we migration the data was success , but at japanese environment was failed .

Hi Eric,

Kindly open the template file using notepad++ and check the details provided are in the correct format or changed format. If the provided data is in different format it causes inconsistencies.

Dear Latha Good days Sorry we are late with feedback on your information because we are asking for sap help, and we want to give you more solutions to this question. I hope you will kindly understand us. About this question, we made several test cases and confirmed with the sap supporter. At first the sap supporter give us the solution is the same as you provide, but we found it did not seem to work, even though we did not know the reason why it not work. But finally, we found a new method to solve it, and we assume it will be more useful than the sap provides to us at first.
