Dangerous goods report requirement

It is a legal requirement that client properly represent hazardous classification(s) for every brand code that they export.

In order to do this, exports need a report that can be run, or is automatically run weekly.

This report is used to verify that the hazardous classification is correct and complete.

The report must contain the following descriptions.

u2022 Brand Code

u2022 Brand Description

u2022 Hazardous material code

u2022 Hazardous message code

u2022 Hazardous message text

u2022 Date brand code was updated with Hazardous info

u2022 Last order date against brand code

u2022 Last ship date against brand code

My questions:-

u2022 Is there any standard report in SAP which can cater to above requirement.

u2022 Is there any kind of similar report in EHS?

u2022 Else do we need to go for a customised report?

u2022 Any deck that walks you through EHS module

Kindly help me get the necessary information regarding the report.

There is no standard report available in EHS for what you have described.

You need development for this

You may check Hazardous Substance Management - Reporting program S_SH8_840000002 (Hazardous Substance Inventory) for similiar analysis (however order date details are not available). It shows stocks, Receipts and Issues (Quantity)
