CVD1 Entries are getting deleted

Hello Experts,

The CVD1 entries are getting deleted within 2 days.

As a standard behavior I see PRINT_CALL , Cover Sheets and Rejected report shipping orders (SD_CALL) are getting deleted which we dont have any issues.

We have EXP_CALL scenario in place my requirement is to keep in the CVD1 entries for the last ten years for EXP_CALL.

Please help me.

Hello

The "EXP_CALL" is one process you can set up as "customized" (based on your needs). Never have investigated here regarding "your topic". We as well "delete" any Report shipment order (for EXP_CALL)... there was never the need to "store" this

a.) please check the SAP standard help (Report Shipment Status net)

b.) check the consulting OSS note describing "report Shipment" process (which exit is in place; what can be "changed" /(using SAP framework but with "customer specific function modules")

I am pretty sure: there is a solution option
