Custom Fields NOT Editable in OIF FPM Application

Hello experts,

I have copied the OIF Application to my Z Application.

With in this Z application, I have added a few fields onto sub tabs of Tabbed UIBB. Those Z fields are visible but are not allowing to enter any data. These fields are greyed out. Please have a look at the snapshot.

Can anyone please throw some comments/suggestions?

Are the fields set as Input field in the FORM UIBB. I see no reason as to why this should not be editable.
