For adding to the Initiative:
1. Append table INM_INITIATIVE by adding custom fields under the CI (Customer Include) section
CI_INM_INITIATIVE
2. Go to SPRO --> Portfolio Management --> Global Customising --> Global Field Settings --> Define Custom Field configuration and enter object type IPO (Initiative). Add custom fields under the UI Configuration section and assign relevant properties e.g. Visible, required, etc
3. Go to SPRO config --> Portfolio Management --> Global Customising --> Global Field Settings --> Assign fields to views/subviews.
4. Enter object type IPO. Create new entry under the View/Subview ID GEN_INFO. Assign field/s in correct field position
Do these steps and see if it works

Thanks for the reply.
But the steps you have mentioned is related to Portfolio management.
We have to add the fields in Initiative Management related to SUPM Module.
Please provide the steps to add fields in Initiative management of SUPM Screen.
