Hi,
While opening the OEE Operator Dashboard, we found the below error:
Current shift for work center and capacity could not be found
Global context not available
We have transferred all OEE master data from ERP to MII via IDOC:
1. Plant Hierarchy
2. Reason Codes
3. Data Collection Element, Data Elements, Data Element Type
4. Material Master (Header and Components)
5. Workcenter
6. Shift
7. Production Mode
8. Production Activity
9. Production Order.
As per SAP OEE help document, We have checked below points:
1. User have created shift group and and defined shift sequence.
2. Shift IDoc has been sent to MII.
Kindly provide your inputs on the above issue if you have come across such issue.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Rudrakshma,
Please ensure to download the idoc in sequence of shift idoc and then workcenter idoc. try this for one workcenter and see if it resolves. after successful download, ensure all the workcenter related tables - shift map, shift intervals etc (starting with MPM_WKC..) has entries for this workcenter and shift combination apart from MPM_TC37A.
Seeing the errors, it seems workcenter related tables are not filled properly.
Thanks
