Do the downloadable SDK's posted here remain applicable to the most current VE Author, VE Viewer an VE mobile viewer service pack 2 releases.

The SDKs are on a timeline independent of the release timeline of the products. As a general guide the SDKs for Windows Viewer is released shortly after the product. Author has a rule of interface changes only at major releases, so the Author SDK is updated once a major release occurs. The mobile Apps SDK has it's own timeline independent of the mobile Viewer releases for iOS and Android.
To answer your specific question regarding SP02. Viewer will release an update to the SDK shortly. Author will not. The Apps SDK 2.1 has just been released and the current SCN download is the latest available.
