Hello,
In the company we need 2 thinks of CTI integration:
1. We need show all Oportunities of the customers into Live Activity.
2. When a AVAYA connect with C4C this CTI send a custom ID, this custom ID have not created into de customer or ticket,this ID was created into the Opportunity how adapted field. We need that "Live Activity" search customers from an IDZ that we have created on a Opportunity (this ID is unique. A customer have to 0..many IDZ but an IDZ only have one customer)
Its possible these requirements?
