Can someone help me on how to do the configuration for creating device replacement service orders automatically for annual device replacement in ISU

Hi Linto,

Have you configured and checked the spro path for Work Management:

txn spro -> SAP Utilities -> Work Management -> Processing -> Orders and then Notifications

Once the configs are in place then create a custom program to create service orders and work on the Service Notifications.
