Create Quality Notification via BAPI and fill with respective master data from delivery

Hello,

i am trying to create a quality notification via a BAPI and i am running into the issue, that it is not pulling any master data from the delivery.
I tried the BAPI's IQS4_CREATE_NOTIFICATION and BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE, but they both have the same issue. When i give the BAPI the input paramters for QMART: Q1 and delivery and position (LS_VBELN / LS_POSNR), it does not pull the respective master data from the delivery.

When i create a normal quality notification via QM01-tcode it automatically transfers the data from LIPK/LIPS (Delivery Tables) to QMEL based on the delivery number and position. (Include MQM00I10 (1.039); MODULE: LIEFERUNG_LESEN)

The only option i would see is move the fields one-by-one in a customer exit form LIPS/LIPK to QMEL...

Why does it not work, when creating a notification via the BAPI since these are all SAP Standard fields/BAPI's/Interactions and is there a way to work around this?
