Create New Production Connector Error

What steps can I take to resolve the authorization error encountered when creating a new production connector in Digital Manufacturing for execution, specifically the message stating "You do not have the relevant authorization to process the request. Please contact the system administrator for access."

The cloud connector and production connector have already been installed and set up on premise successfully.

I ran into an issue while activating the shop floor element OPC UA Server. I'm encountering the following error: Manufacturing Fault: MESSAGE: One or more errors occurred. (Endpoint does not support the user identity type provided.) REASON: ServiceResultException SEVERITY: Fatal Stack Trace: at SAP.Manufacturing.UaClient.OpcUaClient.EstablishConnection() at SAP.Manufacturing.Connectivity.Agents.OpcUa.UaAgent.EstablishConnection() at SAP.Manufacturing.Connectivity.AgentBaseCore.EstablishConnection() at SAP.Manufacturing.Connectivity.AgentBaseCore.Start()

Please let me know if you have any insights to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi , 

Issue seems to be related to user authentication , Maintain same authentication type as configured in OPC server .

example : if authentication is allowed with username and password then configure the username and password in advance configuration within SAP DM configure production connectivity app and test.
