Request clarification before answering.
Hi ,
1. check the user role as listed here
2. Check if the user authorization is maintained inside production connector with specific userid (email).
1. Open control center in admin mode .
2. Navigate to Cloud integration >> User configuration
3. Add your DM user details (userid/email) and assign required roles as below
