Create New Production Connector Error

What steps can I take to resolve the authorization error encountered when creating a new production connector in Digital Manufacturing for execution, specifically the message stating "You do not have the relevant authorization to process the request. Please contact the system administrator for access."

The cloud connector and production connector have already been installed and set up on premise successfully.

Hi , 

1. check the user role as listed here

2. Check if the user authorization is maintained inside production connector with specific userid (email). 

1. Open control center in admin mode .

2. Navigate to Cloud integration >> User configuration 

3. Add your DM user details (userid/email)  and assign required roles as below
