Dear friends,

I have Sol Man 4.0 with SP 12. In My Sol Man system, i have added cproject suite (software component CPRXRPM, Release 400, level 0007).

I have created project , phase & task in cproject suite.

While i am doing staffing, for my phase, i am getting following runtime error.

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

Hi Sunil,

The same way i have done. But still i am getting this BSP application error.

Just check in IMG....

Collaboration projects-->Resource Mgmt>Define Project Roles>Select the project role type & go to "Details" view. There you can find one field called "Staffed by"--In this field i am mentioning as "Project Lead". Where in IMG, we are defining the functions for "Project Lead"?

Is "Project Lead" can staff the resource?

hi senthil ,

1) first you create the BP ( then goto change BP and select BP as employ and save it ) all in c project backend.

2) come to c project > Resoures> staffing

then there is option Resoures enter your BP no there or go for search .

once you give the number then select the button staff.

3) save

4) than you can aasing this resoure to asing the phase

Dear Sunil,

Byt my problem is, If i click on "Staffing" tab, i am immeadiately getting the BSP error only.

I have referred the config guide in help.sap.com...There it has been mentioned that

"

You have set the Extended Staffing Process flag for the role assigned to the project

in the IMG by choosing the path: SAP IMG ® cProjects ® Resource Management ® Define Project Roles for Project Role Type in order access the Staffing Process tab."---Thjis guide for cproject 3.1.

But i am working with cproject 4.0.

Can u able guide me, in cproject 4.0, where i have activate the above flag?

I'd recommend you to take up the dump analysis report via ST22.

Hi Senthil,

It is difficult to judge the error by only two screenshots.

You can take help of any ABAP resource to analyze the complete dump.
