Hi,
We're in the BBP phase and wondering if we are going to use DMS for structuring documents in relation to cProject. However as I can read this is more or less an object link. Is there possibilities to automatically copy the cProjects structure into a DMS structure?
When using easy document management it is possible to a link from the document to project definition level and tasks in cProjects?
All relevant documentation and desciptions are interesting!!!

Hi,
We have DMS functionality built inside cProjects itself. You can include documents at the Project definition level or at the task level. You may either upload your document from your desktop or checkin as a URL. By using WebDAV you can manage your cProject documents in Windows Explorer. Also it is possible to transfer the documents that you have checked in inside cProjects to SAP DMS. By using object link, you can refer to a document existing within SAP inside a cProject. You can also edit the document from within cProjects.
p.s. I hope the above answer would be useful for you. In case you find it useful please give me points.
thanks

Hi Anantharam,
What do you mean by having the DMS functionality built inside cProjects itself? That you have allowed for DMS for the project type? Still that means that you must create the structure in DMS? As I have seen it is an object link from cProject to DMS...
How is the procedure for transfer documents that you have checked in inside cProjects to SAP DMS?
Thanks, Camilla
