cProjects 4.0 - Evaluation - Threshold

In cProjects 4.0, under Evaluation > Define Threshold Values, when I click on the a/b Form field element, I am not able to define a formula which involves the status of the project element.

For e.g. I want to set a threshold value for a Project Element (Task) which is 5 days from completion and which has a status 'Released.' I do not see the element SYSTEM_STATUS which will help me use this in the formula.

What's the way out?

Hi Bittu,

You first need to setup a layout with the necessary attributes in "Define extract layout". Than you need to select this layout in the column "Eval- Layout" in the treshold value definition. Afterwards you can use those fields in your formula, like

"System Status for an Object as a String = 'Released' AND ( Current Date + 5 ) < Calculated Finish Date"
