Country value in good receipt label in GLM

Can you please help me to know, from where exactly country value is triggering in good receipt label. Is there any standard configuration to change the country in SAP EHS?

Goods receipt labeling - Labels are printed when the purchased material is received, for example, to label materials for production or for internal material flow.

Steps and System response

• It uses the material and the batch specified in the material document. If the material document contains multiple items, the first item is used. If the item or the material contains multiple batches, the first batch is used. You can also select another entry for the item/material and batch.
• It uses the specified material document to determine the packaging unit and the number of packaging units from the packaging hierarchy (EHS) of the material and from the material quantity that is defined in the material document.

  You can also enter another packaging unit from the packaging hierarchy of the material and another amount of packaging units.

• It determines the plant from the material document. It then uses the plant to determine the modes of transport and validity areas that are defined in Customizing for Global Label Management under Specify Values for EPA Numbers, Validity Areas, and Modes of Transport.

  The system uses the validity areas to determine the countries belonging to them. You can change the modes of transport and countries that are suggested.

The good receipt country shows a different country value (not showing the value present in good recipient from MIGO).We can change it manually but a i need a configuration that will directly pull the good receipt country value when we enter the matrial document.
