Couldn’t not start steps in investigation in incident management

Hi Experts ,

I filled three investigation steps with responsible person . But when I click on start steps , it shows an error “Person responsible is not a valid agent “. I maintained agent to general . I don’t know what type of error it is workflow,business partner role, etc I have no idea .
please do help me to overcome this issue.

which EHSM version are you currently using?

Did you already take a look into the following notes?
