Could not toggle between tabs of Incident Record - SAP EHSM

Friends,

I could not toggle between tabs of incident record. I get message like "field Symbol is not defined".

I updated entries in ""Assign access levels to Tabs"" based on 1849057 ans still no luck.

Please help.

Hi Chintapalli,

Have you checked Assign Access Level to Tabs in IMG?  basically in standard some configuration setting is missing.

check below path and update us..

SAP EHS Management -> Incident Management -> General Configuration -> Assign Access Level to Tabs

Note 1849057 - Missing default configuration of a Customizing activity

The note have some attachment file,Use the attached file to complete the default Customizing. May be it will work.

Hi Chint,

1) Need you your system Environment information?

2) Are you set  Restricted Access to "Yes" in Basic information tap or people --> basic information tap.?

3) T-code ST22 will help you found the accurate error information example  What happened and what can you do? if it's possible post that msg here.
