Copy Project - cProjects 4.5

Can I do copy a Project in cProjects 4.5 using a button or option?

I could not find it on Dashoard or any other place. Please guide.

Hi,

you can do a project copy for operational projects for release 5.0 only. Within customer connection program (fall 2012) this enhancement was implemented by SAP for release 5.0, but because of too many implications not down-ported to release 4.5.

We can create a template in cProjects either from scratch or by using any operational project and then create a new project by copying the template in the template drop down.

But how can I do using operational project option?

When I put in projec # it says project already exists.

I have been checking and I think it is not possible create projects directly copy another operative projects.

It is possible create templates and use these templates to create the projects.

Hello,

We can copy projects only via templates. You can create template from the operative projects and then use this template to create new projects.
