we have the requirement to use ODB files in the SAP ME VTR (Visual Test and Repair) viewer for inspection workstations. As the ODB files are not supported in Chrome/Edge browsers we have to convert these files to the VDS format via the SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author.
During this conversion, all the component data with the reference designators (REFDES) get lost. This information is necessary for NC recording (needs to be collected with NC). Is there a way to keep this information available in the file and in the VTR POD in SAP ME?
