Conversion scenario from SAP AFS to SAP S/4 HANA Retail

Hi,

We have a very specific requirement of conversion scenario in which, we are converting SAP AFS customer masters to SAP S4 HANA retail Site master and their respective business partners.

Can you please enlighten us, what could be the best possible approach for this kind of conversion scenario?

Brief Overview.

Client is on SAP AFS and we are implementing SAP S4 HANA Retail for a part of retail business, so we need to transfer the master data from AFS to S4, which also includes Retail Customers in AFS to be converted to Sites(Plants) in S4 with their respective business partners.

Do you have any idea regarding migrating existing customer & vendors company code/ sales org / purchasing org related data from AFS to new S4 HANA system?

Hi Adam,

Thanks for your quick response.

We have referred this link as a bible for conversion scenario. But still we have encountered many issues for example prices are maintained at SKU Grid Value Group in AFS and value group or it's related functionality is not available in S4 HANA Retail.

Although, In AFS, customer is maintained for each store, which needs to be converted into Site Master & it's respective Business Partners which is completely ignored in the help document.
