Hi Kevin,
Use Case: We are require to record the start time when operator start to work on it and he need to provide some input what he work on it before he will end his work.
We have deployed Custom Java API Code in SAP BTP and created a Destination in our sub-account.
Destination where we have created there we have provide Authentication as NoAuthentication (Screenshot Attached)
IN DMC we have Configured in Managed Service Registry and Web Server where we have call our Java API
Thanks & Regards

Kartik,
Just as a side note, if your Use Case is all about capturing extra activity details or comments during Start/Complete, you might want to check and consider using Time Tracking plugins which support that out of the box.

Take a look at this BLOG and it explains the full process. Also the MS Teams blog you have already read also shows you how to register an external API.
Hope this helps
Thanks
