Confirmations of operations and orders is not sent from ME to ERP

Hi experts,

The situation is as follows, - we have set up the integration of SAP ME and SAP ERP according to the guide. When the order is released in the ERP, the order goes to the ME, the information is visible in the Queue Monitor in WE and the order can be processed in ME. But, when processing an order in ME when performing operations or an order in its entirety, confirmation actions are displayed in MII, all indicators are green, BAPI has been successfully called and processed, BUT nothing happens in the ERP, nothing seems to be released, there are no confirmations and what to do further is not clear. Although already at the finish line... Tell me what could be the sting? Or what to look for first...?

Did the response from the BAPI call (in MII) return a confirmation number and counter as well as a successful posting indicator? If so, it may still be queued up in ECC for processing. Go back and check it out after an hour or day has passed to see if it finally posted. Or did it have a more subtle error that the function module did not detect when accepting the confirmation BAPI contents?

It has been at least ten years since I have seen such a delay in an actual ERP system. It used to be quite common for delays of up to 30 minutes for the confirmation to be processed on the ERP side. Confirmations trigger a lot of activity in other FMs including potentially FICO (contributing to COGS), IM, MM, PP, HR, etc. So when the BAPI responds, it assigns the Counter and accepts the content from the BAPI. It does not say the Confirmation has been processed.

Probably other possibilities as well in MEINT and in ECC, but check this out first.

Thanks for your feedback, Mike.
Here the question is not a delay, in a few days everything is the same, it isn't sent to the ERP. It seems that the reverse gateway may be incorrectly registered somewhere, I don't even know. But everything works from ERP to ME through RFC, Idocs and listeners... BAPI should go back through which connection?
P.s.: Here are successful confirmations. Xml good too...

Did you see the actual BAPI Response and does the ET_Return segment have the Confirmation number and Counter at the bottom of it? I am much more familiar with MII than ME, but MEINT is built in MII. What does the Trace button reveal?
