configuring multiple tcp source system under one Agent in SAP PCO

Hi All,

we are having multiple weighbridge systems from where data(weight) is coming to SAP PCO and from PCO it is sending data to SAP MII system for further processing.

As PCO has given us the functionality to configure the multiple IP address under one Agent so we are using the same. the problem is PCO is sending buffered data (Same weight) some time even weight is different on the weighbridge system. so to resolve this we have to restart the PCO agent every time.

Please suggest, if it is okay if we configure multiple IP addresses under one Agent or do we need to change the approach where one IP address should be configured under one Agent.

we are using PCO server 15.5.1.5.

Hi Ankit,

Have you confirmed through Agent Instance (Verbose) logging that a new notification was triggered and the data sent to the MII transaction was NOT the data from the notification?

Hi Steve,

thanks for reply and sorry for delay in response.

Yes we confirmed/cross checked with the operator that he was sending for eg:1000 from weigh scale but PCO is capturing the data 500(for eg:) that was weighed last time on the weigh scale.

so it is like agent is kept running but not sending the refreshed data from the weighbridge.
