Configuring Checklist Result values

Dear PPM experts,

We get Checklist Result values as 'OK', 'Not OK', 'Not Relavent' & 'Open'.

Can we configure any other Checklist Results?

I guess in earler PPM versions (such as 4.0) we had ability to do so. But now (from ver 6.0 onwards) we lost it.

Is that so or I am missing somthng?

Hi Bhushan,

As far as I know, configuration of checklist item result values are not available either in 4.5 or 5.0 version. Result values(OK & Not OK) of checklist items are prerequisites for 'Finish' system status of the checklist item. Since these dependencies are there, it is not allowed to configure.

Since the value of result can not be configured I might to change the description of the result. Do you know how can we do this?

have a look to the data elements

DPR_TV_CHECKLIST_ITEM_NOK

DPR_TV_CHECKLIST_ITEM_OK

DPR_TV_NOT_RELEVANT

I think you have to modify them, to get changed descriptions. As Ravi said, there are to much dependencies to have other result values (e.g. convertion in cl_dpr_api_services=>convert_cit_result_to_attr)
