Hi,

while entering data in work area integration, its asking for contact person, so where can i configure it?

what is BP Number and BP category?

In IHS basic data it is specifying error that local logical system is not defined, what is that and how to define it?

Hi Kruthi,

In order to get the Contact person details, you need to maintain HR Master records - Employee & Business partners

1. To create External person, you can use TCode CBIHT1

2. Employee/ Applicant Master records can be created using TCode PA30 - This is created in SAP HR

Regarding Logical system, as Kamal said, it is BASIS consultant task to create Logical system in SCC4.

Hi Kruthi,

In work area Integration, "Person's Roles" can be configured.

Path - SPRO - Environment health and safety - Industrial Hygiene and safety - Basic Settings - Specify Roles for persons.

Person again a master data - Business Partners. (Employee/ External Person)

BP Number - Business Partner Number, BP category - Business partner category.

In your case person having the business interest. and treated the person as business partner.

Logical System not defined:

To create any master or transactional record, the logical system must be created.

execute the transactiion "SALE" that will open a new IMG menu:

Application Link Enabling (ALE)> Logical Systems > Define Logical System and Assign Client to Logical System.

Cross check with the transaction SCC4. Your client informaiton must be available there.

It is basis consultant task.
