Compliance requirement mass upload

Hello Friends,

I am working in Product safety.

I am working is some migration tasks.

My requirement is to upload the compliance requirement ( REACH,ROHS) for 100000 components.

Is there any standard program to do such task in mass ?

Hello Hariprasath,

Yes there is a standard tool available.
It is called "Data Editor" and is part of the OCC Tool.

Please see 2084355 - Import of specifications and phrases with EH&S Open Content Connector for details on how to use the Data Editor Functionality of OCC.

OSS 568302 - Current version of EH&S WWI and EH&S Expert or OCC descibes how to downlad the required software.

there is quite good dicssuion running on OCC in this document:

Might help you if you are willing to use OCC. For EHS classic you can use EHS standard import as well. Most consuktant don't "love" this feature (as it is not very easy to define the laod file) and most the consultant try to use OCC now. But if you are experienced: EHS standard wil do the jon..

On top we have new document as:

For LSMW: to be on the safe side you must generate (if you are willig to do so) ALE IDOCs to get the data pushed to EHS. Even indicatig that Batch INout might work for spec header.

Never get in touc with one consultant who tried to use ALE for import reasons (but it is an option)
