Committed Date is appearing incorrect inside Planned orders

Hi, I am using our New S/4 system - Package 1709.

Committed Date is appearing incorrect inside Planned orders. The committed date in the Planned orders are appearing incorrectly as requirements date. It was supposed to be Component Availability date before S4 HANA upgrade.

From my understanding all the ATP check and the components being allocated or confirmed in order still the dates are similar.

Logic to get the Committed date was: Current date + PDT + GR processing time before HANA, as there is no supply there.

Hi,

OPPR / OPPQ both are same I believe right ? Please confirm.

So on OPPQ the section on Maintain environment - Checking rule: Is maintained as BO do you want this to be changed to PP checking rule ?

Checking Rule PP in OPPR for material group assign to these products - I dont find anything with section material group...

Thanks,

Deepak

Hello,

OPPR is at MRP group which is assigned to MRP1 view / OPPQ at plant level.

If no MRP group is assigned in material master then system read the OPPQ setting.

If MRP MRP group is assigned in material master then system read the check rule from OPPR.

Make sure you have PP for MRP group too.

Hi,

When I do ATP check in MDVP I get the error: Collective availability check cancelled (Error while resetting).

In my planned order I have N number of components - Out of which just 1 component is missing, but for me all the other components are showing the conf / allocate qty as 0 as well the commited date is same as the requirement date.

OPPR is set with BO - Back order processing for our plant.

OPPQ - Dep reqt availability is with PP for the same plant.

Thanks,

Deepak

Hello,

In development system update Checking Rule PP in OPPR for material group assign to these products.

And then run MDVP ATP check for components and check the results. Make sure there should not be an Error while resetting in MDVP.

Hello,

Did you get any warring message during ATP check for component?

In transaction code MDVP you will get a chance to go to missing parts list immediately after material availability check

Goto transaction OPPR enter plant click "overview".

Checking Rule PP is maintained there.

Also check in OPPQ plant level dependent material availability check Checking Rule PP is maintained

Hi Brahmankar,

These settings holds good and we did not make any change to ATP or Scope of check etc when we used ECC. Now after the upgrade to S/4 this seems not working. As far we checked all ATP is working fine there in S/4 so there is no issue at all.

But inside the planned orders under component check the fields committed date and conf or allocated qty is not appearing. As they show 0.

Thanks,

Deepak

Hello,

Total commitment date and quantity missing means ATP check is not perform on Planned order.

What happen when you perform the ATP check in MD12 or MDVP?

Scope of check for your checking rule and checking group Check availability replenishment lead time should be used. Please check the setting in OPPJ under determine check it should be with RLT.
