Can anyone please let me know if Tcodes OKEV & OVEQ (SAP CO) must be manually run or maintain? or Are they automatically run once the new year change?.
You need to maintain CO versions parameters for each fiscal year. Alternatively if you expect no annual changes it can be maintained for a future period like year 9999.
