Cloud ALM alert notification for workflow monitoring

Hi Team,

We are using Cloud ALM for operations and as part of the Job & Automation monitoring, we want to receive alert notifications (Email/tickets) whenever there are errors in the business workflows.

We are able to see the errors in business workflows in Job & Automation monitoring, but we haven't found the option to configure the alert notifications for workflow errors. Can you kindly help us with this option in Cloud ALM.
