Hi,
Please refere SAP MII Help to delete records from transaction manager.
[SAP MII 12.1 Help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_mii121/helpdata/en/43/e80b59ad40719ae10000000a1553f6/frameset.htm]
To delete transactions from the table, do the following:
a. Select the checkbox next to the transactions you want to delete from the table.
b. Click Delete.
The system removes the transactions from the Transaction Manager screen, but the transaction records still exist in the system.
Hope this help!!!

Hi Chucks
If you are able to open the Transaction Manager page, then you could be able to delete the transactions which Manoj has mentioned. If not, you have to follow "SAP Note 1517887 - XMII_TRANSACTIONS table is very large" this is where the Transaction's table is too huge with data!. It also describe the how you should configure your schedulers so that you will not getting the issue again.
All the best!
Since we are at 1 million rows, we will use the information from the note. Thanks for the info.
